Mallinckrodt Convent Mother House Retreat Center – Mendham, NJ

April 23rd, 24th, & 25th 2010

Come experience what God’s plan is for you…

and journey with others who wish to deepen their faith and grow closer to Christ. You are invited to join us for a Spirit-filled weekend at the Mallinckrodt Convent.  We’ll journey together to find a way to get closer to Christ through dealing with issues such as Trust, Forgiveness and Control.

 

Together, we will explore SPIRITUAL RENEWAL; UNDERSTANDING IN THE HOLY SPIRIT;

FINDING PEACE; LETTING GO; and exploring the meaning of DISCIPLESHIP

We will depart from St. Teresa’s (main floor of the school building) at 5:30 p.m. on Friday evening and will travel together to the Retreat Center for the weekend. Dinner will be provided at the Retreat Center. Please dress very casually as we want you to be comfortable. We’ll return to St. Teresa’s on Sunday afternoon where a late lunch will be provided. Our weekend will then

conclude with the celebration of the Mass.

 

The cost will be $169.00 (per person) and includes transportation, accommodations, and all meals.  You will need to bring the following:

Washcloth, Towel, Toiletries - and you may want to bring a robe (no private bathrooms)

Cornerstone Retreat for Women

There could be no more perfect Lenten undertaking than to attend our upcoming Cornerstone Retreat (March 26-27, 2010 – 6:30 PM Friday evening to 8:30 PM Saturday evening). Away from the many demands and interruptions of our daily lives, the Cornerstone Retreat offers the women of our parish a 26-hour personally and spiritually enriching adventure. The retreat atmosphere is very casual and you choose to participate in any discussion as much or as little as you’d like. The Cornerstone Experience is one of … time for private prayer and reflection…time for community prayer and reflection…time to listen…time to learn…time for conversation…time for friendship building…time for sharing truly wonderful meals together.
